Description of Works

This refurbishment project commences in January 2012 for a period of eight weeks and comprises of the removal of the existing systems and full re-wiring of 9 no. residential properties in Chesterfield. These contract works are being undertaken independently from UCD (Electrical) Limited’s parent company.

Description of Works

This new installation commenced in late November 2011 and is due for completion in April 2012. The works comprise of a full electrical fit-out to four new Residential properties, incorporating all internal power & lighting, kitchen & bathroom installation and gas central heating system. The new electrical installation is running concurrently with our Construction division’s Principal Contract works.
